I put 3 in quotes because technically this is the fourth day I’ve been taking the drops. On days 1 and 2 you’re supposed to take the drops but stuff your face with fattening foods. It sounds fun, but after the first day of doing this – especially after eating chinese food for dinner – I was nauseous and didn’t want to eat anything more.
The next night I intended to go home after work and prepare my healthy meals so I could start the 550 calorie diet the next day, but I ended up going to a happy hour instead and I didn’t get home until midnight. So I decided to do another binge day yesterday. I cooked up some chicken after work, and today I am ready to go.
I had an orange for breakfast. That was less than an hour ago, and I’m already hungry! Lol I think it’s just because I’ve been writing about food. Hopefully a glass of water will do the trick. I am also really sleepy, and I’m mad that I can’t go make myself a cup of coffee with 3 sugars and half and half. I didn’t think that I would be needing Stevia, the sweetener they recommend, but now I wish I had it.
